Follow these steps for a leak-free installation.

Use High-Quality Hoses: Do not reuse old rubber hoses. Invest in high-quality, braided stainless steel hoses, which are far more resistant to bursting.

Hand-Tighten, Then Snug: Connect the hoses to the washer and the wall valves. Hand-tighten the connections first, then use pliers to give them a final quarter-turn. Do not over-tighten.

Secure the Drain Hose: Hook the drain hose securely into the standpipe or sink. Ensure it's not pushed in too far, which can cause a siphon effect, and not too loose, which can allow it to pop out during the drain cycle.

Leave Space: Leave at least 4-6 inches of space between the back of the washer and the wall to prevent hoses from kinking.

Test Your Connections: Slowly turn on both water valves and check for any drips. Run the washer through one full cycle to ensure everything is working correctly and no leaks appear.
